Not cancelling my Home insurance per my request
18/12/2015 I requested STD Bank ,Standard Bank Home insurance Policy No.HLB*** since I opted a new in place with an inception date of 27/01/2016. On 28/01/2016 I notice that despite the cornfirmation on document they requested to be send to them thet did not honour my request. instead they send me another e-mail on the 01/02/2016 to send them previously requested document and further more I was promised an updated on 28/01/2016.
