Not canceling my current policy.

I have insurance with standard bank i am trying to cancel the policy as i am already insured by another compony for 3 months. I did send proof of my current insurance policy and paying for 2 insurance policies now for 3 months and Standard bank is not coming back to me. So not sure what to do now.
