Not according to FAIS regulations

I would like a response on my e-mail dated 09 December 2021. I am not prepared to pay commission! You should know that it is a FAIS requirement that client's must be informed that commission will be charged and that the person receiving the commission should have provided me with a FAIS regulatory disclosure notice.
