Not able to claim!

I have a leaking roof and a bust geyser to claim for.

Multiple emails no response Numerous calls to call center where nobody on the claims team ever answers Mobile app / website doesn't show my policy however call center query agent says they can see my policy, placed on hold to "fix" but never answered Call me back option never results in a call back

How do I register claim or get it assessed???
