not a user friendly company

worst experience dealing with these guys , i have a customer wanting to take his vehicle since yesterday he has been struggling with the insurance 09/05 apparently it is done but no one can help him with a confirmation of cover , now today 10/05 he is still sitting here and it looks like no one can help him as they just keep transferring his call so after 30min on the phone he is still not winning and all of this just for a confirmation of cover
