None existent service or correspondence

Standard Bank, how long does it take for you guys to get back to the customer because i have been waiting for more than a month now! I am apaying customer, i am not asking for a favour or asking for CREDIT. As a customer I have received no service. Possibly this is the kind of service you give...Non existent
