NON-SERVICE FROM WILLS AND ESTATE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been calling and emailing Standard Bank Trust for an entire week and have had absolutely no assistance whatsoever. I keep calling in and my calls go unanswered, I have emailed, requested call backs, and absolutely nobody is getting back to me. The financial advisor Precilla (Based at Tsakane mall and Mall @Carnival) does not assist at ALL. The advisor doesn't even check up on her clients. I have never experienced such ********** service before. I am still mourning the loss of my Mother and here comes Standard Bank Wills making things more unbearable. I advise people not to draft Wills or Trusts with Standard Bank, unless you want your family to die trying to get assistance on settling your Will. I have tweeted Standard Bank and they just continue to ignore me. This is very disappointing.
