Non existing service from the fascist bank

To have a 4 month old claim. Standard bank keeps no record of the amount of times I have phoned asking to have this claim resolved.

Standard bank supervisors do not answer phones or call back.

Standard Bank refuses to cancel my insurance. The claim I have to provide them with information about their competitors before they will cancel my policy.

Standard Bank customer complaints refuses to put a resolution date on these complaints.
