NON EXISTENT SERVICE

I took out a new policy beginning October '20 but cancelled it the last week of October '20. I was told that it was cancelled and that I will be refunded. After sending emails and phoning, I am STILL WAITING for my refund as of today's date 3 DECEMBER '20. No one responds to my emails despite me threatening to put my experience on HelloPeter.

Hopefully NOW someone from Standard Bank Ignoransurance will revert back to me and pay me back my refund.
