Non- existent road side assistance!

My husband and I have insurance with Standard Bank and on 2 separate occasions have attempted accessing their roadside assistance service which is included in our package. On both occasions we were redirected to a number which was out of service then given a number where we were on hold for literally an hour with no answer. All whilst waiting on a dark road quite traumatised. I'm sure your ' volume of calls' cannot be that high for road side assistance. This is a service which is paid for by clients yet we are unable to even access, which is highly ********* business practice. All whilst also compromising clients safety.

I believe there must be several more clients who have experienced the same issue and just give up in the end, making these corporations richer without ever fulfilling on their agreed service. This should be looked into legally!
