Non existent comms

I had a flat tyre on the road, called Standard Bank insurance as my insurer, I stayed on hold for a good hour and longer as no one answered, I then logged a call back request on the app, to which they reverted to me 2 days later and still could not assist On the day in question I had to call a towing company to get my car to a tyre shop since I could not get it there. So disappointed
