No use having standard bank home insurance if you have to pay from your own pocket.

So I put in a claim for my roof as it was leaking and for my electric fence as there was a storm and standard bank rejected both saying it was due to me not maintaining the roof. I have the gutters cleaned every month and I cannot control the weather so that is the reason I have home insurance so that they can pay if there is storm damage! So anyways I canceled with them. I just want people to know how useless standardbank home insurance is! Also calling them is a nightmare as your call gets forwarded from person to person and you have to repeat information over and over again! Their customer service is **********!
