No surance

I am totally fed up with these people. They take 8 months to do a claim without any closure. Then they phone you and tell on a saturday they will have answer on monday. Monday come and monday go and another month goes by and still they do not give answer.

Dont worry standard bank. As you guys know I have already paid for the repairs as you guys asked me to get a contractor. I charge prime rate on the amount per month as you guys are wasting time.

And please dont tell me a consultant will phone me or I must email the policy number as I have done this alot now. Pay the money or I will take you people to court.
