No Standards Bank

Have been trying to cancel my building insurance since end of April 2022. In September it was finally cancelled (after having to follow up endless times) but the amount is still going off with my debit order. Tried to have it fixed but I am being put through from department to department and one only has so much time for being on hold to the right department. They also refund you by subtracting it from your home loan and not by paying it back into your account.
