No service third liability party. Standard bank Vehicle Insurance

A client of Standard bank vehicles Insurance bump into ne 26th June. And he said he call his insurance. He gave the claim number and said his insurance said I should call and ask for legal services . As the grieve I am the one who is supposed to be calling, he said yes if you want your vehicle fixed. I have been calling since with my airtime and be put on hold for more than 30 minutes which more than the usual expected waited time. I started go to the branches thinking calling from the bank will be easier but with no luck. I decided to turn to the use of email still no help from their side. I told their I will just fix my vehicle and claim later, he actually advised not to do so, sayind his insurance won't pay me back.
