No service Stb Bank Insurance

We have been trying for more than a month to get the claim.process going.... calls are on hold for ever. In total we have more than 9 calls and a com ined 2.5hiura holding on and reverting ... mails aren't answered, the app is useless ... i honestly wish we could get value for our monthly installment. If this gets to anyone worth their salt at Standard Bank Insurance I would appreciate 1. Service and 2. An explanation.
