No service - Standard Bank Insurance

Dear Insurance, Claim 20/070762 I have logged several claims, spent over 2 hours waiting waiting for someone to answer a call, been promised I would be contacted back. My water supply pipe into my house has burst, its been almost 2 weeks now, with no water. You have promised a plumber, I am still waiting after several phonecalls. Your service is shocking. You forced me to use your insurance company, when I had my own. This is unacceptable.
