No Service received

I would not even give them 1 star and no one should be using this service as there is no service given. The level of incompetence in astonishing. Claimed for 8 windows broken by hail damage longer than a month ago. I have phoned so many times and still they are not near resolving the issue. This is also not the first time we have had issues with claims submitted.
