No service or any feedback

I had contacted Standard Bank Insurance several times, and also sent e mails to them, to lodge a claim of my glass patio door. The consultants do not give feedback or responded to my request. The one consultant said she will ask somebody to call me to register claim, but is is two later, and nothing happens. They fast to increase my premiums, although I never claimed in the last ten years, i am with them. There is no service from their side, and definetely they are not the cheapest insurance. I am disappointed in them, and will look for another company that is willing and able to assist their clients.
