No service, no call backs........SHOCKING

<p>The service received from Standatd Bank Insurance is beyond pathetic. I put a claim in for my roof. I was told the claim is rejected due to the fact that there is missing nails and we know for a fact there is no missing nails. I have asked for a rejection letter which they said they will email to me which never happened, i am still waiting! I also asked for a report from Jennick Projects that accessed the roof and i get told they dont have one......HOW DO YOU WORK WITHOUT A REPORT???????? I have phoned the call centre numerous times to get one of your agents to send me the paperwork i requested but all they say is that they are sending it and they will get Jezme to call me back because she was dealing with our claim. I have left so many messages for Jezme to call me back! Please I want answers now because your excuse is pathetic and your service is beyond shocking! </p>
