No service from Standard Bank service provider

I lodged a claim with Standard Bank Home insurance regarding a burst pipe in my ceiling as per Ref.no. 17/054904. My ceiling was repaired but the same service provider supposed to repair my water damaged passage cupboard and shelves. Photos were taken including measurements. I waited at home on days that the repairs were to be done. Nobody came and the service provider ignored my calls. Standard bank insisted that they would send the service provider to complete the repairs but I'm still waiting after numerous calls and time wasted. Empty promises is all i that received up till now. Very disappointing to say the least.
