No service from Standard Bank Insurance

I loggen a claim on 30/10/21 claim 21/076178 for a burst pipe. It was after hours and I was advised that it might be possible that no one would be available to come out. I made alternative arrangements and paid the plumber. The second part of the claim was the structural/water damage the pipe caused. I must have followed up 10 times now and absolutely nothing has happened.
