NO SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

Interestingly it is Standard Bank insurance again. In November 2018 I had an issue and on 22 January 2019 I wrote a review. This seems to be a common problem with Standard Bank insurance. I have logged a claim on 4 December 2021 and to date there has been no service at all. They promised me the release form on 23 December 2021 but have not received anything. I am still awaiting on the building contractor to repair the building but Standard Bank Insurance simply do nothing. Shocking service yet we pay our premiums without any problem.
