no service from standard bank insurance

We have a accident claim with standard bank insurance since 25 September. The claim was accepted and we had to send the original registration doc and spare key of vehicle to them. The courier company gave me feedback that everything was delivered last Wednesday but they will only begin with prosessing the documents today. I need a vehicle as my workplace and place of residence is 40km apart, almost 2 months now. they never call you back. I will never do business again with standard bank insurance
