No service from standard bank insurance

Worst experience ever from insurance, we had a burst pipe in kitchen sunday morning we tried to get hold of standard bank, its been 2 days and we still cant get hold of them, our entire kitchen ceiling collapsed and everything is damaged due to the water that came down.
