No service from Standard Bank Insurance !

Standard Bank Insurance is really a very frustrating process that does not work . Their emergency home assist number does not work either, and even after contacting multiple people there has been no response for a burst geyser for more than 3 days after submitting a claim. I have two elderly grandparents living with me , and it has been very difficult. I even got one call from them , they put me on hold without saying a word , and then i received a message on the same call , asking me to rate their service . I recorded the entire call .
