No Service

<p>I submitted a claim for my vehicle windscreen last week on the 28th March 2017 and to date no feedback and oh my goodness if you call the claims department you will wait for ever before someone answers. I have on many occasions dropped the phone because I got tired of holding. Terrible disgusting service</p>
