No service
No action or progress on insurance claim. Claim submitted March 2019. Standard Bank are failing to give me any feedback regarding my claim as they are waiting for a service provider to do an assessment. I have been calling Standard Bank Insurance once a week for 8 weeks now with no success. Every call is at least 20 min on average. Its been 5 months now without any success.
