No Service

To whom it may concern:

We have logged a claim for damages on our house due to the storm in the Midrand area on 13 November.

We are now on the 28 November and we are nowhere near to understanding what and when this will be resolved.

We have called the call center up several times. in excess of 10 time between my husband and myself since the 16th November

We have yet to see an assessment report on one call. I was advised that authorization was needed for me to view the assessment report, still not received.

Urgent intervention is needed here!!!!
