No sense of urgency.

I want to move my bond from standard bank they are terrible, really they have no sense of urgency, I have sent emails upon emails, I had already a very bad experience with standard bank and now I'm having another one, no calls, no one follows up nothing, can someone in management please call me in dealing with the bonds or even the bond account itself.
