NO RESPONSE TO CLAIM SINCE 12 OCT 2017

Please refer Claim Number 17/080895 and Clearance Authority Number (C/No) is: H ********** 000. We have logged this claim from the Durban storm on the 12th of October..we are STILL waiting for a service provider to contact us. We phoned again on the 8th of November to follow up. ONCE AGAIN was told a service provider will contact us...Guess what...We are still waiting. Please treat this as a matter of urgency as we've had to secure our dogs in a confined space due to the wall collapsing. This is beyond funny.
