Policy No: SHS ********** 3 I have just been called by Pitso at PRCB informing me that my documents are not fully signed after a month of submitting to him . This claim has taken way too long and I have been more than patient with you

I would like this claim to be resolved by end of business today or I am escalating it to the Ombudsman
