No response on break-in since November last year

Good day our home was broken into last year November already an even after submitting all documents to the insurance we still haven't heard anything we have request to different things on so many occasions and have gotten no reply you are a **** of a bank and are a disappointment to those that ha e confidence in you we do have rights as customers of your bank which you seem to fail to understand but as a consumer I will take the necessary step to not take this laying down.
