No response - non existent customer service

I emailed SBI around 5 times since the middle of November, with only one eventual response in the middle of December giving me an alternative email address, which I emailed immediately. To date I have had no response. When I try to call, I am on hold in excess of 15 minutes each time. This is unacceptable from Standard Bank
