No response from their email address despite automated response.
I have sent an email on the 14th of November to cancel my building insurance with them as I have insurance with another company. I even sent through the documents proving the new cover which would of taken effect on the 25th of November.
It is now the 2nd of December and the only "email" I have recieved is the automated email with reference ***.

It has been over 20 days since I responded. And yet this is still not resolved or been given any feedback. The last Email I got was that the agent was away. That is when I escalated to the Team manager Railene Govender and HOD Louis Muzangwa neither of which have rep****.
