No response from STD Bank insurance.

I am sorry that I have to contact you via this platform.

I have registered a claim on 01/05/2020, I got a SMS sayinf that TRISH will contact me regarding my claim (claim number20/091363)

And till today no one has contacted me. I phone 5 ties everyday and cannot get thru to a consultant. The only time someone answers is at 17:01, then I'm told to phone during office hours as my claim has already been assigned to a someone!

PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY regarding my claim.
