No response from standard bank insurance regarding reimbur*****t

I would give a zero rating if there was an option. I have spent all of my minutes and additional airtime on calls to standard bank since the beginning of April. Every time I call I am given a new email address where no one responds. Standard Bank Insurance limited sent out *********** contractors to my premises and I subsequently had to correct the faults with private contractors. All I am asking for is to be reimbursed for the amounts I have personally paid... but there is no contact with their client. Really disappointing service. I have 2 claims and I just want some of my money to be paid back to me. Surely such a huge company has an accounts department???
