No response from Standard Bank Insurance

After my previous complaint about a claim from 2021 that Standard Bank Insurance just left mid air and became non-responsive, they asked for specific information. This was provided, however, now the same story. Absolute silence. What a disappointment of an insurance company. I would obtain the same service from Table Mountain as an insurer.
