No response from SIL from April until today!
On the 25th April 2024I emailed SIL to inform them that my solar geyser was not heating. I received a non reply letter back. After numerous emails and telephone calls. I eventually asked a private company to fix the problem on the 14th May 2024. To this day I have heard nothing from them despite my debit orders being deducted every month.
