NO Response from anyone on my claim HLC17/002772
Since logging my claim, no. HLC17/002772, on the 3rd of October 2017, I have had NO feedback from anyone on the way forward.
Incident Date: 2017-09-16 Claim Registered date: 2017-10-03 Contractors Appointed: Contractor - Builder - Jurgens Plumbers Appointment scheduled for 2017-10-19
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RESPOND TO ME ..... THIS RIDICULOUS NOW .....

12 Dec 2017, 13:50I have had NO feedback since the assessor has come out to assess the damage onsite. Consequently, due to the damage to my gutter pipes, water and dirt has been going into my neighbour's property when it rains and causing a problem. I have requested several updates and request to contact me via. the website but to NO Avail. Please can I ask again if someone get back to me URGENTLY.
