No response for insurance claim

Building claim was supposed to be paid more than a week ago. No response. All relevant form have been filled and sent. Called more Than 3times. They just keep giving me the run around. Unprofessional consultants. Premiums paid on time but claim process is terrible. They don't even respond to the call back options they have
