NO RESPONSE FOR 2 MONTHS

Good day

Logged a claim with Standard Bank, a contractor was assigned to quote for building repairs.

Since then, I haven't received any feedback. I tried calling the call center numerous times with no luck on getting through. I requested call backs with no luck. You can not log a complaint on the Standard Bank online portal as there is a bug on their website.

I am not sure if Standard Bank Insure still exist! I do pay for it every month but seems like I will have to cancel in a couple of years once this claim is resolved!
