No response and they don't care as long as they get the premiums.

I have been waiting for months now. I made a claim and after months of ups and downs it was approved and I was sent the claim agreement to sign for the caimcard. I signed the agreement and sent back to them. It was 2 agreements as there were 2 separate claimes. After a few weeks I received only 1 claimcard, I contacted them to question and I haven't received a response from anyone. It's more than a month now. When you call the insurance they keep you waiting forever. Mind you this issue of these claims started happening last year July. It's going to be year very shortly dealing with 1 problems.
