No Record of my Policy

<p>I app**** for an insurance policy with King Price through Standard Bank. Now when I need to claim, they appear to have no record of my insurance policy. However I do have policy documents from King Price. The online system also shows no record of my policy. I am paying broker fees and Standard Bank is NOT performing! This needs to be rectified with IMMEDIATE EFFECT or I will take my business elsewhere.</p>
