NO REASON ON REJECTION OF CLAIM

<p>Policy no: 365 095 087 and claim no: 16/063735.</p> <p>i'm writing on behalf of my uncle-A Mathys. i work in the insurance industry and the building claim was rejected, yet the basis of rejection is not plausible. the boundary wall is supposed to be coveered for malicious damage. the assessor went outr and stated that the boundary wall does not belong to my uncle. point is, the wall was damaged, they have insurance, yet SBIB does not want to cover this. we hereby request for an assessor/valuator to come out and re-assess the damage. we have photographs proving that it was the boundary wall that was damaged, on the the ''foundation'' wall of the neighbours. this is ********* of SBIB as they are not treating their customers fairly.</p> <p> </p> <p>APPALED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM SBIB!!!!</p>
