No policy documents received

I have app**** for standard bank car insurance 3 weeks ago. I have not received the policy documents because the sales consultant Luthando has captured email address incorrectly and not bothered to call me to update my details! I've been calling and sending emails but no one gets back to me!!!!!! I am also waiting for my debit order to go off so right now I don't even know if I have cover for my car and he said I should cancel my previous insurance. This is pathetic service I did not expect this from standard bank at all!!!!
