No insurance assistance
Seems it's impossible to get hold of standard bank when you need them. I have a geyser Issue and everytime we phone the call drops. And then no one gets back to us. So how do I claim standard bank? Or should I rather look at moving?

People please be Very careful when dealing with these guys. It seems their systems are very broken. The one department do's not know what the other one is doing and the client ends up in trouble. Thank goodness it's only a geyser Issue that got me to realise this and not a burnt down house. Very very bad. Will do another review to bring the Star down to one
