NO HELP WITH LEGITIMATE CLAIM

I hesitate to give the one star. It is disgusting. I have automated responses for every single time I emailed my claim for a burglary and a female at Standard tells my husband that they have not record of our claim. I have the case number at the police all of it. THEY ABSOLUTELY do not care and it's our 2 gate motors that were ******. We are sitting ducks over this awful time for ******. Standard is awful.
