No help what so ever

Im reaching out to you as we are getting no help with standard bank and been pushed from pillar to post , You were instrumental in assisting me the last time so im hoping you can help or push me to the right direction, we purchased a vehicle and Standard bank financed the vehicle , this was done in November , we were financed for R145000 however we put in a R70000 deposit the car was written off and our insurance is also with standard bank we were given a settlement of R164900 which is the retail value of the car, and R144864,62 was paid to standard bank to settle, the balance of R11535.38 is going to be paid to us, however we trying t find out what happens to our deposit since the financed amount is paid up to the bank , Its essence we paid R215000 but standard bank only financed us R145000 which the insurance settled, we called and no one knows anything or to provide us with the way forward. Please will you help us get some assistance
