No help from them just empty promises

I contacted them regarding a claim.its been 3 weeks.They told us they will send someone.the someone phoneed then said no its not his area I waited till the following week then requested someone else.Again promises made by the consultant and still no body showed up phoned again snd again and again.Now still waiting hopefully it will be looked in to.They have never been so delayed.
